Our pricing is entirely transparent. You can expect to invest up to 7% of your property’s value into an all-new and well-landscaped yard. However, most, often we can renovate the existing landscape or hardscape for a reasonable cost while still adding value to your property.
Since each project is custom designed, there’s no set cost, but you’ll know what your costs will be upfront before any work starts.
Your designer / estimator will be your point of contact from start to finish and will be present on-site every day to supervise the project. Our long-term employees make up an installation crew with decades of experience. They are all fully trained, knowledgeable, and respectful of your property. In addition they are insured, and well-supervised. We never subcontract our work to others.
We will provide you upfront with a detailed timeline to complete the yard of your dreams because we know you want your project completed as quickly as possible. On average, one can expect for every $8,750 spent, it will take about five working days to complete the installation.
Landscape design is part of your total project’s cost; it’s not additional. The design phase comprises around 3% – 7% of the total installation cost.

Working in phases helps you manage your vision so it fits your budget. It takes you a bit longer, but you have complete control of the budget and time to create the exceptional outdoor living space you want.
Design Scapes Inc has transparent pricing and payment options. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, cash, check, wire transfer, and Venmo payments. You’ll get a payment schedule with your project schedule, and you only pay for labor and materials delivered up to that point.
Each client gets our undivided attention, and we only work on one project at a time. This means we’re never over-scheduled or spread thin like other landscape companies in Los Angeles. It also means you get superior service, personalized attention, and a one-of-a-kind outdoor living space that, frankly, other companies can’t provide.
We’ll schedule your project as soon as you approve the final project plans. We usually book around three to five weeks in advance. You’ll get a detailed project and work schedule showing deliveries, installation dates, and payment due dates. You’ll know exactly what to expect at each step of the project.
